Today was kind of a magical day. We went up to Fred Zeise’s property in the redwoods along the Skyline to the Sea Trail. In the morning, everyone got time to be alone in the woods for a while. In the afternoon, some campers took a hike down to a seasonal stream, while others went birding (and saw a Hermit Thrush up close). Here are some photos:
